Refund policy

Order Cancellations

 

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled by emailing orders@hpbuilt.com.  Unfortunately our payment processing vendor does not refund transaction fees to us so our refund to you will be less those fees.  Fees vary by payment method, but generally they are 3%-4% of the transaction total.  

 

 

Damages/Defects/Wrong Item


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours at orders@hpbuilt.com if you received the wrong item, or if the item you received is damaged or defective.  We will promptly review your message and contact you to arrange for return shipping and replacement of the item(s) in question. 

 

General Return/Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at orders@hpbuilt.com.  We will review your request and promptly reply with return instructions.  Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in eligible condition, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

 

Please note that with the exception of damaged or defective items, return shipping will be at your expense and refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Return packages should be insured as they will not be accepted for return if damaged in transit.
